FROM THE SOUTH - take I -196 to exit 18 and turn left. Travel north on M - 140 to Phoenix Street. Turn left. Great Lakes Eye Care is located about 2 1/2 blocks down the street.

FROM THE NORTH - take I - 196 to exit 20 and turn west (right). Travel down Bus 96 (which is Phoenix Street) to town. Great Lakes Eye Care is located just west of Kalamazoo St.
